Notice is given that on 13 April 2026, the Supreme Court of Victoria made orders further extending the convening period for the second meeting of creditors of Mentone RSL Sub-Branch Incorporated (Administrator Appointed).
Pursuant to those orders:
The period within which the Administrator is required to convene the second meeting of creditors has been extended to 14 July 2026.
The second meeting of creditors may be held at any time during, or within five (5) business days after, the end of that extended convening period.
